Our application process

Step 1

Submit your application

Submit your application to Mrs. Rombach. Just send an e-mail to personal@schuetzinger.de.

Step 2

Confirmation of receipt

Usually you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us on the same day, or at the latest two days after we receive your application. With a chatbot, you would receive the confirmation much faster, but its cookies don't taste as good as Mrs. Rombach's.

Step 3

Reviewing your application

You have invested a lot of time and effort in your application, so we want to take the time to review your documents carefully. You will receive a response from us within two weeks at the latest. If everything works out for us, we will arrange our first meeting.

Step 4

The interview

The first interview is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. With around 30 employees, we are a small team. That's why it's important that we are not only a good fit professionally, but also personally.

Step 5

Round 2

After the initial interview, we all sleep on it for a night or two. If both sides still feel positive about everything, we meet again to clarify any outstanding questions and details.

Step 6

Employment contract and day 1

The ink on the contract has dried and your first day at work has arrived. This is where our journey together begins. Don't forget to pick up your Schützinger fleece jacket from Marketing. We look forward to seeing you!
