With our products, we enable designers and technicians worldwide to bring their projects to life every day. Whether it’s a standard part from our broad product range or a custom-made solution, we deliver the right component for testing and measurement technology.
From development and design through quality control and warehousing to sales, everything takes place entirely in-house. Manufacturing is handled by specialized and, as a rule, regional suppliers. The Schützinger family, based in wonderful Stuttgart, currently consists of about 30 people.
Your Responsibilities
You can expect a wide range of responsibilities and varied work in all areas of sales, such as:
- Processing customer inquiries (preparing quotes and following up)
- Order Processing (Receipt and Handling)
- Monitoring and Tracking Customer Orders (Scheduling with Purchasing)
- Coordination of shipments (domestic and international), including preparation of the necessary shipping documents
- Preparing customs documents for export, filing export declarations for third countries, and preparing long-term supplier declarations
- Billing
- Master Data Maintenance and Price Calculations
- Customer Service by Phone
- Supporting field sales representatives and the quality assurance team in handling customer complaints and resolving them
Your Profile
- Business Apprenticeship or College Degree
- Sales experience (in-depth knowledge) and a strong customer focus
- Experience in international trade (export, customs)
- Teamwork and communication skills, dedication, and reliability
- In-depth user knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system (ideally: proALPHA)
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Export Declarations Using ATLAS
- Proficiency in spoken and written German; foreign language: fluent in English
- An affinity for technical products
